Can you buy canned fish or meat? Canned salmon, tuna, sardines are all good sources of protein and good fats. Eggs should probably be your staple protein, and you do eat several a day but it's still not enough on their own. Do you have a way of refrigerating your meals after you cook them? The once...

are you a vegetarian? You are going to need a lot more protein than that to build muscle. If you are a vegetarian, milk is a good source. It is a small town and you don't get chicken from those big and flashy showrooms. You go to a butcher, purchase raw meat and cook it at home, which takes a lot o...

@levis lover: Do you do any exercises for your legs? No. Are they important ? I didn't do them because i thought let's get some strength in upper body first. Do you have access to barbells/dumbbells? Yes If you're passing a lot of smelly gas, you're probably lactose intolerant. Many people w...

If your goal is to become more muscular, it will be more difficult to do it just eating wheat and drinking milk while omitting non-milk animal protein from your diet. Yes my goal is to become more muscular. What other foods should i add to my diet in order to achieve that goal ? I heard that the pr...

I assume you're in a country like India since you drink buffalo milk, home ground wheat and are a vegetarian. It's likely the wheat you're eating is fine. Removing the bran is not as big a deal as the germ. The germ is removed in refined grains since that increases shelf life but it removes all the...

Re: Belly Fat Increasing.

Given that you are vegetarian, your most likely dietary suspects are inadequate protein intake and excessive carb intake. What's your exercise program look like? I am a noob who doesn't know much about the gym exercises. I live in a small town, where the gym owner is a kind of Trainer. But he is no...

@levis lover: I forgot to ask in my earlier post - what kind of training are you doing in the gym? What are your goals? Fat isn't what makes you fat, so don't be afraid of it. Carbohydrates are the bigger culprit. Hopefully, the wheat that lavis lover has tripled in consumption isn't refined. Even ...

I feel deprived of Oxygen in the gym some times..

I have recently started going to gym.
After 7-8 sets of different exercises i feel like i am not inhaling properly and i am not being able to provide full oxygen to my body and brain.
Is this normal ?
I do a very little warm-up before going to the gym.
