Re: Steroids
It can be beneficial if you have a muscle injury (depending on the type of injury) because is encourages muscle growth or healing. I can't see how it can help with any other soft tissue injury. Even for most muscle tears, I think the preferred "boost" for healing is GH and not test. From what I und...

Re: Training for stamina
Join a boxing club if you have an interest of course, where you will do a mixture of weights and cardio...best all round fitness training you can do IMO. Although if you cant sprint without pulling a hamstring then maybe its not for you.

Re: $.t3.r0!.ds
started taking the anadrol already because I havnt got the test yet There's your first mistake. It has a sort of synergy with testosterone and works MUCH better that way. Kick starts should be done with dianabol by the way. from what Im told anadrol is good for lubricating the joints with a high wa...

Re: Maintenance while injured.
If you can't do anything without pain then you'll just need to not do anything and prioritise getting it diagnosed. I am a fan of training the non injured side, btw. Also, why just do legs/core/abs "once or twice"? Do them more. You may be shocked and feel a decrease in pain after training your leg...

Maintenance while injured.

Re: SHOULDER PRESS
My progression has stopped with my press and am just looking a bit of advice on how to improve it.. Just curious - what other exercises are you doing that involve the anterior delts (bench press, dips, ect). Are you stalled with them, too? Also, how do your pulling exercise weights compare to your p...
