Had a motorcycle accident a while ago. Aches and pains all over for a good bit. Back on it though. It's my first day back actually. Lots of weight gained from laying around being lazy. No broken bones, just soft tissue stuff. Took me a while to get back into it after my body felt better too. I'd say...

I would assume that it's like any soft tissue pain... Whenever I do soemthing stupid in the gym and aggrivate my left anterior shoulder or another area, my tennis elbow I blast either area with light weight/high rep exercises. Tennis elbow, I'll usually hell sets of bent over dumbbell rows. Set of 6...

2014-07-07 5/3/1 Boring But Big - Cycle 1 - Phase 2 - Deadlift Missed this workout. Had a team of contractors in the townhouse next to my rental going at it on the adjoining wall. Absolutely, no sleep. Yeah, just another excuse but I was pretty much worthless this day. Even my ear plugs wouldn't work.

Sustaining Energy: Eat more, sleep more, mobility/stretching/recovery drills in between days.
