Full-ROM lifting makes you more flexible.
Full range of motion workout usually doesn't take you to where you're stretching. I don't know of a workout that may make you more flexible other then deadlifting.

Burning a higher percentage of fat during the exercise is not the same as reducing body fat the most. You have to consider what happens after the workout is over.
Will do stu. Thanks.

Why it should be a staple in anyones workout even if they aren't powerlifting or bodybuilding. Regardless it's a great workout and is awesome.

Re: Floor press vs. standard bench lockouts

I just did some floor presses after a long time, and they felt pretty good. These are stricter than using a std bench for lockouts using a power rack, it seems. Do you guys use either or both? Do you have a preference? One nice thing is you can use short blocks under the bar & don't need a power ra...

Re: Body Fat %

Actually studies have shown if you do moderate intensity cardio you burn fat more. Meaning run for a longer time at a lower intensity. I used to think HIIT was the way but I learn as I go. Your body uses fat carbohydrates and rarely protein to create enerygy or ATP. If you go hard aka fast HIIT you ...

Re: Macro nutirents and carb cycling

Dr Clay Hyght did a really good article on it: http://www.t-nation.com/free_online_article/sports_body_training_performance_nutrition/how_bodybuilders_should_eat" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; that should answer any question you have. It's pretty much how I eat, and I love it, but t...

Macro nutirents and carb cycling

Bodybuilding is in my near future believe it or not. I have a body building friend of mine that just took second and third at one competition. He mentioned macro nutrients and carb cycling to cut fat pre show to get shredded. Does anyone have anything else more in depth on that? I'm asking experienc...

Re: Am I the only one?

I think it's a shame that you can't relate positively to someone who is ahead of you. Sure, use them for motivation. But I fear that you don't have a real healthy basis for your own self-esteem if you have to be bigger and more cut than everyone in the world in order to be happy about yourself. You...

I would say you are really being over analytical. From what I have read and what I have experienced is that you get better at what you do. If you can't do the downward dog for long do it as long as you can until you get better at it. If you are not flexible work on stretching only stretching can mak...

It was alot closer though than the score let on. My whole second day was a wash. Pretty much all of the events were grip related a...
