Take a tennisball and roll it with your whole foot over the ground while sitting. It's good for hamstring flexibility.

I can't squat ATG. I think my ankles are not the problem. So it must be the hips or adductors. But i think my hip flexion is also good. Could the problem be my hip extension? In my gym only the people in the morning ask. But now i also train in the afternoon sometimes and then there are some people who don't ask.

Have to find a way to keep the idiots away. Maybe i gonna place my towel over the pull up bar haha.

Losing fat is all about your caloric deficit. So just figure out, if you burn more calories with Tabata or LISS. I would always go for LISS, cause it's easier to recover from it.

The proverbial paleoman didn't squat with heavy weight cause he didn't have a barbell. How do you perform your Back Squats? High bar should work for everyone. It depends on how challenging the runs are for you. If you increase your cardio, it can happen that you won't be recovered enough at a workout day for squats, for example. The routine doesn't look bad, but machines are machines.

i researched your home gym on google and my recommendation is to sell it and invest in a barbell. a barbell gives you more benefit with the exercises, which crow mentioned, than all the machine exercises.

I think the best would be Squat Bench Press Deadlift Everything high intensity and low volume. How would hight intensity and low volume be good for in season? Especially on the Deadlift. Depth is good. You should stop that move with your butt. Why are you doing it?

And you shouldn't squat with running shoes, tha's not healthy. Better buy yourself Adidas Powerlift 2.0 or some weightlifting shoes.
