how much protein is in 100g of:

- lean top round beef (raw)
- lean turkey breast (raw)

there are almost only cooked/braised values in nutrition tables. i need values for raw meat

for example i am to front squat 3x5 rep the same wieght. my warmup is sth like:

5-8 x 50%
3-5 x 70%
1 x 80%

I know what you mean. overthinking is a bad think. but I was moving constantly from place to place and had some equipment issue. Ill stick with this routine for a long time I hope.Thanks.

ok and i wonder if i can replace deadlift with sumo deadlift (ive got short arms and conventional deadlift is really pain in ass). and also on friday rdl with leg curls (4x6-8)?

it's not what I would do, but I guess it'd work. You'd be better doing: dips incline dumbell press flyes that'll work loads better. I moved to a home gym and bought used weight sets. That time I had a back injury so I didnt need a strong grip so I didnt care about knurling. and it was a mistake. Im kinda short of money so Ill try tapeing this, should be okay, we ll see
