HGH and height
Hi guys, I'll set the scene for you at the moment. I'm 20 years old, coming up to 21 in December. I'm currently 5ft7, which I realize is far from 'small' in some contexts, as you see males around the 5ft3 mark. So in a way I was gratuitous for being my height, as it could be worse. Please correct me...

The Only 5 Stretches You Need

Re: General Questions
Thanks Robert, I've never thought about this, but for pull ups, should the finger be wrapped around or on top of the bar?, same question for chin ups also.
Thanks Kenny, a lot of good information for me to look through, the ice cream metaphor is a good take home message!

Re: omega 3, 6 and 9
My meat diet consists of I'd say 50% chicken, 30% tuna and 20% fish, I don't really eat beef because of its high saturated fat, should I be eating more? I'm guessing people are gonna say eat more beef, in which case I'd go for say chicken 40%, tuna 20% fish 20% beef 20%, therefore personally I still...

Hi Guys, just a few general questions and please correct me if I'm wrong Pulls ups work the lats more, and chin ups work biceps more. Is there any difference between how they work shoulders, rhomboids and traps? Always do pull ups leading with the chest, driving the elbows to the floor? Going down f...

We have different kinds of sleep happening unnoticeable to us while we sleep, however waking up in the wrong periods, (REM periods I think) means its h...

Re: my year and 2months anniversary on this forum...
Okay then I understand what hinging and carrying are now, what is the value of them?
Yeah the split means biceps and triceps get hit twice a week, it also allows me to fully assess how strong they are for there size, allowing me to progress to a size/strength I'm more content with.

I am lazy with legs yeah, for squats I do a warm up set, 3 tough sets and a reppin set (15 - 20), I am still getting seeing process though. Go do...
