Isn't the important part about the deadlift the concentric part? I've seen some people even throw the bar down after pulling.
Or am I wrong about this?

Re: Form check
There I deleted it. I deleted it before I saw your reply even because I had a feeling it would make you mad.
I could apologise to you, but I wouldn't really mean it.
Do you want that?

Re: Form check
@Mister: You're doing an OK regular deadlift going up, and a stiff legged deadlift going down. Too much lower back movement going down, and not enough hips. In layman's terms: I should push my ass back not lower the weight straight down? Edit: Removed part of the post as no good would come of it.

He's been my friend for 15 years most of my life surely I don't mean it.
While I don't agree with your over-sensitivity, I apologise if my choice of words hurt you.
It was supposed to be funny.

Re: Form check
I have Spondylolisthesis in my lumbar spine.
Basically, my L4 vertebra is sitting next to (not on top of) my L5 vertebra, so they don't move. I don't know if that's relevant.
Maybe this is a better video?
My mate's a retard and stopped before last rep.

Re: Form check
Wait a minute.
You guys mean my back is straight on the way up?
Sure I can fix the way down by RDLing the weight back on the floor that's easy, I just drop the bar to save energy.
My back on the way up is straight? I don't need to put my ass out more?

Re: Whey Protein
I lift for strength, not really into bodybuilding.
Although some fat loss is alright. I suppose.
Maybe I can get 6-12 pack abs by having 5 scoops of Whey everyday?
On a more serious note though, my diet is alright? Everyone at the gym tells me I'm eating too little protein.

Whey Protein
I just bought Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Whey protein and I have no idea when to take it. I eat: Breakfast: 80g of brown bread + 100g processed meat (pastrami etc, whatever I can find) or 200g can of tuna. Snack: Handful of nuts Lunch: 1 1/3 cup of medium grain rice + 250-300g of chicken breast...
