Ok so what if If

On a
Ill add positive incline for lower chest 12 reps

On b
Replace close grip bp with normal but 12 reps
Replace flys with negative incline for upper chest 12 reps?

And one more thing, should I replace the 5x5 in a to 12x3? Well that add better volume/bulk?

well, HEY =) a while back here i stated that of my goals is a tigher middle figure, and it was explained to me that by doing "core" excrecices you essentially, ummm, bring ur tunny closer to your back, which is exactly what i want, this isnt about fat % or having a strong enough stomach to get punch...

my workout is SO LONG! maybe i should do it on my "off gym" workdays? is that a good idea?

can i do RA exresises every day? or do the same 48 hour rest rules apply?

welll, its hard to say "belly" its REALLY tiny - its more that the area isnt "TIGHT", (u could make out the top 4 "pack" and genetics wise, i used to have an 8 pack around 4-5 years ago (was 18-20) so genetics is there unless it changes :P so core exercises will help tighten everything up? thats goo...

well im asking because i started to work weights 1.5 months ago, and it'' be a while till i start cutting. im 182cm, weight 80kg (was 77 when started working out, also started taking creatine) i haven't been measured ACCURETLY but im between 18-15% body fat (no more than that). since i haven't worke...

but i want to make sure, when the explnation says "Upper waist" do they mean right above belly button?

also what is the importants of elbows going back or sideways?

and the importants of stright legs vs bent knees?

well i tried reading those two pages but its liek chinese to me.

anyway i tried doing bicep curls while standing up, and could easily do 8gm.. no sure what teh diff is but.. that helped i guess.

i don't get this HUGE difference in these two! i only started training 3 weeks ago, and i've been doing the Dumbbell Curl, only being able to do 5kg over 12 reps, or even 10. maybe 6 if i killed myself. than i remembered i used to do Dumbbell Concentration Curl back in the day, so i did that, and BA...

Also, try doing pushups with your feet elevated ... Much harder than regular pushups. To increase ROM you can use a pair of pushup handles, OR just use a pair of hex dumbbells as pushup handles. thats a really good idea! and that way i can go down all the way to the floor with a negative angle and ...
