Thanks for the reply Tim. I was surprised that its not complete - I was under the impression that it was.
There are in the two wrist/forearm diagrams non-colored muscles with letters/numbers pointing to them. So I was wondering which, if any, of those would be the muscles in question.

The reason I want to do them is for the sake of completeness, as that is a main articulation of the hip joint.

What is meant then?
In my mind the movement involved in a bicep curl is the reverse of a tricep pulldown, and the movement of a front lateral raise is the reverse of a pullover.

I appreciate all the replies, but no one has given any advise the the number of ad/ab I should do in the context of the workout I gave.

I would like to know if I should do 2 or 3 sets, and also if I need to do any warmup before doing the working sets.

Stuward, I see what you are saying. So when it comes to the Lateral Raise shouldn't it be a push - since you are moving the weight away from the middle of your body? Also the inverted movement to the Lateral Raise, the Iron Cross, is listed as a pull. So either the Lateral Raise is labeled wrong, or...

Thanks for the replies. I guess I should have mentioned this in my post. Due to having a herniated disc and mild scoliosis my sports medicine doctor told me I can not do squats or dead-lifts any more.
