M Chest : Incline, Decline, Flat both dumbell and barbells.
T Biceps , Shoulder : dumbells and cable machine
W Triceps, Back : barbell
T Cardios
F Chest, Triceps
S Biceps, shoulders
S Cardios.

am going to try to put in 3 to 5 exercise for each muscle group with 8 to 10 reps.

went again yesterday. Wow. realized i haven't gone for almost a week. I did some weights, dips and pull ups and a bit of bench pressing ( 50lb) and followed by 30 mts of cardios.

okay so after a week went to the gym and tried my hand at a bit of pull ups and dips. Gosh hvae i gotten weak.did 20 mts of cardios too but my big problem i think is finding the right gym, one where I fit it. I have tried different ones and they all seem 2 social so sort of confused. Great question. here are my thoughts. 1. Online journals are a good option especially as you can get support from others. Okay, sounds good.
Not really. Am starting to bulk up and want to lower my body fat percentage.
160 lbs now and wanting to go to 200. body fat currently aroud 18-20% and want to go to 7-10%
