Re: Teres major surrounding pain
So i finally found out what was wrong. After all these months i decided to say "f the doctors" and went to a physical therapist. He quickly found out that a muscle had pretty much withered to nothing in my back because of a pinched nerve and that is why i had this pain. Simple exercises and stretchi...

I have gotten 3 kenalog injections and have been on antibiotics and painkillers for almost 2 months. I am in line for 4th...

Re: Imbalanced shoulders
Well, i switch it up every week. 1 week 5x12-15 2nd 4x8 (30-45 sec rests on volume days, longer on 4x8) and sometimes military press 5x5. I have not really gone over 60kg (bar+weights)(I had a shoulder ligament injury on my right arm, and it is still healing). I do side laterals with 10-15kg. It is ...

Re: Imbalanced shoulders
Bothering you in terms of appearance, or hurting? I honestly can't see much difference. Both look pretty good to me. I asked my wife to look at the photo and asked her if she could see any difference between L and R. She said, "The right one has a few more bumps." :) I'd certainly urge you to work ...

Re: Few weeks of legs.
I don't see reason why not to train legs even 3 times per week if you do it with moderate volume. I train legs every second day and I don't feel soreness because my body has adapted to it. I keep logs only of my best result (max result) Example 150lbs x 6 reps. and I try to progress result when I c...

Re: A bit lost on what to do.
I just typed caloric calculator and used several to get that average .
I lost almost 4kg with being in this caloric deficit. Those were the first weeks.

Hey guys, i have done a lot of reading about the subjects i will need help on and all this information has not been good to me. Long story short, i have been stuck on 93kg for 3 weeks now. For example, i normally take 2 scoops of whey, 10 egg whites, chicken, tuna, low fat cheese, greek yoghurt like thing + oth...

Re: Starting a cut, need advice
I dont really have "cheat meals". I have my macros that i fulfill. I mostly eat heatlthy, but some day i eat, lets say a pizza. I will then build my day around that to fill my macros. Atm i aim for 2.5k kcal a day. 200g of carbs and protein and rest of it fat(nuts, olive, coconut, tuna oil)

Re: Starting a cut, need advice
Be careful with IF. I went to extremes and reduced my eating window too much and i started getting some serious heartburn. Its been 3 weeks now, i increased the window back to 8 hours and i started slowly recovering. Heartburn is really something you want to avoid. But i can still see IF working, it...
