Evening doing push jerks with light weight feels like it's cutting off my circulation. It's weird because I never had this probl...

Re: Push/Pull/legs workout

Re: Go do your home work.
Kenny Croxdale, strength only gets you faster to a certain point. You clearly should have learned that in school. They will not turn an average bro into a world class sprinter. They increase recovery but they will not increase speed potential. Not everyone needs powerlifter strength because you'll ...

PEDs won't increase rate of force delivery. Like I said, they will get you to your ceiling faster but they will not raise the roof. Ignorance As the saying goes, 'It's better to keep your mouth shut and appear stupid than open it and remove all doubt'. Mark Twain Now go to your room and do you home...

The nsca describes parallel as the stopping point but all these crossfit gyms and internet gurus all preaching full.Crow wrote:I always thought the term "full squat" means to go just "below parallel". Re: Strength vs. endurance training
Hello. Today I read two different articles on some scientific findings from 2010 and 2012, which showed that if you trained until fatigue, then the muscles would get the same amount of fiber growth whether you did a 80% or 30% RM. It was the fatigue that mattered. So my question is, why runners don...

Squats and deadlifts are the best core exercises hands down and nothing on this planet or any other that we know of can beat them out.
