Fainting on front squats?

Anybody have any tips on doing front squats without losing your breath? I just starting doing front squats again with a clean grip and I can't breathe during the movement. Evening doing push jerks with light weight feels like it's cutting off my circulation. It's weird because I never had this probl...

It sounds to me like you aren't eating enough as in taking in enough carbs, fats, and proteins in the correct ratios.

Ease into it with 2 or 3 days per week starting with 8-10 reps. Your ability to recover is probably lower since you've been away so long.

PEDs won't increase rate of force delivery. Like I said, they will get you to your ceiling faster but they will not raise the roof.
