Re: best non creatine pre work out supps

I'm good about listening to sound advice and you guys seem like you aren't the type to blow smoke :)

I'll pass on my OJs.. If I'm to keep my breakfasts carbless what should I be going for then?

And a juicer doesn't sound like a bad idea.. kinda fun one actually.

Re: phosphatidylserine to help "switch off"

phosphatidylserine by the Vitamin shoppe has theirs at 100mg per capsule 1 capsule per day. is this better than the 20% one you found/had?

I know I'm reviving an old thread, but this pertains to me and i was interested.

Re: another reason not to drink fizzy juice

I love the article image that shows the two company canisters together, they look almost photoshopped. I think they are actually.

But regardless... organic juices and water are better regardless imo

Re: Getting Started again advice requested

I totally understand what you're saying and yes, I can agree with you easily. For me, personally, when I cut out gluten and the foods associated with it, my digestive system improved and I didn't have migraines anymore. That's my basis. I didn't do it for physical fitness health, just medical health.
