A small question about reps/sets: I am training at 8-12 reps in an attempt to build mass. How many sets should I be completing? I have been trying to do 4 sets for compound lifts and then 3 sets of some isolation exercises afterward to target specific muscle groups. Could someone help me here or giv...

Make sure when you are doing bench press that your arms aren't flared out to the sides as this puts a lot of stress through the should joint. The upper arm should be at about 45 degrees to the torso. I have been trying some light deadlifts and have even increased the weight substantially and I am making awesome progress! I have been getting back into my normal workout routine now so feeling really great :cheers:
