Also...1 other thing I forgot -

I am trying to increase grip strength. I have been doing farmer's walks with my kettlebells and bought a grip machine lever thingy to use as well. Any other suggestions?

The main reason I am asking is because I have decided to start running with my dog instead of just having her fetch and Sprint around a whole bunch. She's getting older and I'm worried about her hurting herself sprinting too much. But she loves some jogging with me. right now we do about a mile ever...

Do you think wearing a backpack with weights/weight vest//dip belt is a smart way to add weight to the deadlift in this circumstance, or just make the lift too awkward to perform? I have a dip belt, but was thinking of buying a weighted vest for increasing push up weight in the future...just curious...

Well then...what advice are you exactly asking for? Different lifts? Fat burning lifts? I know you asked about IF and HIIT...give it a go and see. I'd worry more about diet than exercise. My personal opinion (tho others will differ on here) is that its mostly just cutting out processed carbs (sugary drinks/sweets being the main culprit) and MOST people will be fine weight wise.
