I would have to also agree. You want the back support when doing seated overhead press. Why? Why would someone need back support? Back Support Back support simply places more work on the muscle involved by taking the stabilizer muscles out of the equation. You are able to "brace yourself" and drive...

Had a hernia earlier this year. No idea how I got it but definitely felt a lump in my lower groin. Thought it was a swollen lymph node, but then I held it and coughed and felt it bulge painfully. Went to the urgent care doc and he looked at me for like 2 minutes and was like "yup, textbook hernia". ...

Salt! I found the same thing when camping in the desert - you're drinking so much water and sweating that you feel like you have an electrolyte depletion. Eating salty foods helped me.
