well my deadlift and squat are weak because all ive had for a leg workout for the past year is leg press leg curls leg extensions and calf raises due to a herniated disc that i finally got fixed - how much strength will i lose with 3 months out of the gym? how fast will i get the strength back?

i just got my herniated disc fixed so i might be able to deadlift and squat in 2 months and ive been training like a year progress wise i guess

problem is my progress has been the same since i started and my max bench is 200 so im nowhere near my genetic limit i promise you that - in 6 weeks itll be 210 then another 6 weeks 220 then 230 240 etc. but i want it to take 4 weeks not 6 even though i do want to bodybuild i wanna gain strength fas...

so uh idk where to post this but my workouts seem to be $h1t? i move up from 3 sets of 10 on lets say 135 to 3 sets of 10 on 145 in 6 weeks and people say it should take 4 - my progress is like this on most exercises - my diet is crappy but i maintain my weight switch up my programs drink water get ...
