I would hardly say the lats are useless for a powerlifter in the bench press but they are certainly not near as important as the prime movers, pecs, deltoids and triceps. I'm an older male. when I put a lot of energy into my time in the gym with free weights, I used to get this great pump. Now at 65, no matter how much energy I put into the exercise, no pump. I used NO Explode for several years until I have an allergic reaction to it. any ideas? Vascular dialators m...

I use a product called Stress-Dex. It is very similar to Gatorade but MUCH less expensive. They use it to replenish the electrolytes in race horses after a race.
