Re: Reality Check

I put that K word in the filter because of all the spam about it. I have several things just for that particular type of spam because there had been so much of it.

Re: Burning fat with weights or cardio?

Re: N-Acetyl Cysteine

I used to take it because it is cheap and helps OCD slightly. I never noticed any other effects. I got tired of taking it though. It's a lot of big horse pills to take as you need a high dose.

Re: Workout Routine For Post-Pregnancy

She really just needs to do all of them. Doing a flat press with barbell or dumbbells, and then an incline press, a dumbbell or barbell row, some sort of vertical pull, squats, and deadlifts should cover everything. The vertical pull could be tricky to figure out, unless she can do a chin up, or you...

Re: Plan for my girlfriend

. her main goal is to get more in shape at her butt and her legs. Sadly, many - probably most - women have body image dissatisfaction with their thighs and buttocks. They aspire to look like runway models. Diet and exercise can only go so far if a woman isn't cut out to be a runway model. Just like...

Re: The Belt

Belt and or neoprene waist wrap is good for going heavy. Particularly when you reach the point where your leg press is greatly outpacing your squat. Any heavy deadlifts for sure. Neoprene knee wraps may be a good idea as well. Straps are a similar issue. At first you need to stay away from them to g...
