My doc said that I should be careful of course, but because he knows that I love sports. He said that I should gradually build back muscles in order to support/stabilize the spine. But I am being careful thanks for your concern. Well then to sum things up I should just keep on training and as you gu...

The gyms in Germany cost around 30-50 Euros for everything. But there is a cheaper one and its called "McFit" and it only costs 16 Euros a month. But mostly its loaded with people, but if you go late at night after 2400 almost nobodys around. At our university they charge you 30 Euros. Too expensive...

Oh for the time being, cause the gyms here in my town are expensive, I workout at home. For legs I do squats(bodyweight) and I jog/play soccer often. The dumbbells are also crappy ones only 5kg each..... But in a month or so my dorm will finish building a small gym. So I hope getting access to barbe...

Woah topic from 2006! Anyways before opening a new thread I am just going to continue this thread. First of all I do not have strength imbalance, I guess. But I have a size issue, meaning my left side (shoulder, back, arms, chest) is a bigger than the right side. Only the right forehand side is bigg...

Isn't the bridge press a little strenous on the lower back ? And when I press wouldn't the weight of the db's somehow harm my neck ? If its safe I will give it a go after I mastered the bridge without weights.

This is also one reason Im doing pushups and rows with bands or pullups and seeing that the difference is not that huge. I guess I will keep on training and try to focus the weaker side ^^

Hmm, the gym is quite expensive in Germany, very expensive. It costs around 40 Euro ~. But the size of my arms is good, well defined and I dont want to let it grow so much, that is why I dont really focus on my arms. All the way for compound~

Size differenze !

Hey all, long time no see :) hehe Well I have this "problem", if you define it as a problem, of mine. I noticed that my left upper arm (biceps and triceps) is bigger than my right. My right forearm is also a little bigger than my left. I mostly do pushups and rows (resistance bands "lol") and both a...

Upright rows for lateral should I omit Shrugs completely ? Or is it just a bonus, I mean for upper Trapezius I have nothing or are there any compund exercises that work them as well ? Or should I even workout that part ? I just want to look a little buff and be strong thats it.

Ok good info that you guys are giving there. The reason why Im doing dumbbell flies are because I read in MEns Health total bopdy workout thingy that flies promote size (and thats what Im aiming for, cause I have chicken breast... ^^) But if it also works out the shoulders hmm that would be like 3 s...

I think I wrote something wrong, the leg curls are for harmstrings ^^ I wont go heavy with squats cause I had a history of knee problems (left, due to muscle imbalance, the inner muscle of my quads were weaker than the rest, so it made pop sounds). So if I do harmstrings and such wont there be any imb...
