Been a while since I have actually posted here, things in RL have not been going so well since I was last active. I did get certified through WITS to be a personal trainer but did not follow through with it yet. Anyway, my question is... Is there anyway to know how many calories have been expended b...
Well it's been a while since I've posted here so.... basically I just need to send up my paperwork to receive my certification! It was a fun course (I will be certified through W.I.T.S). Which I must say was dam good training compared to what I have read about the other places. I got hands on practi...
I've been squatting a lot lately, and also use a box. For some reason my lower back is getting more of a workout...my form seems to be pretty good. I don't know if I am leaning forword too much causing the weight to "crush" me and when I come up I'm actually doing a mini back hyperextention...whatev...
Ok...thanks for the feeback guys. I didn't think there would be anything totally wrong...

I have a power rack in my house, and dumbells. I can squat, dead lift, bench, do chin-ups. I live on a street tha...

Dumbbel chest flys Wide pushups Wider dips (be careful) Cable chest flys I know what you mean about the wide grip benches...I don't like them either becau...
Scibbles thanks for that deep insight....I will def make a decision...it seems so convenient that its at my school....The only other fee I know about is a $25 lab fee...but I will try and find out more.
If anything this will be a good boost into a great career.
Well I came across something interesting today in school and should probably jump on it while it is convenient. I can get certified to be a personal trainer at my college by W.I.T.S....I don't remember what it stands for but its a national certifier for personal training. Its roughly 8 weeks long an...
