Which is the best 2 day split routine?

Which is the most effective 2 day split routine:

Push/Pull

Torso/Legs&Arms

Upper/Lower

I'm doing Upper/Lower now, but I'm wondering really if Push/Pull is better.

If I had to eat protein in 30 gram bits, that would take me 7 or 8 meals to get what I needed. I'd have to quit my job just to focus on protein intake. lol

I usually go for 40 to 50 g a meal.

Thanks for the reply. I'm currently eating Morning, Midmorning, 1 hour Pre-workout, 30 min Post workout and Evening. Is this enough meals, or should I split it up into six meals? Thanks again.

Ironman, do you drink that protein shake right before your workout?

Unless I let about 2 hours pass since eating, I start to get twinges of nausea while working out.

Does that shake not affect you like that at all?

protein intake

I'm 188 lbs and follow a strength training routine. I get about 200 to 220 grams of protein a day. Is this enough for moderate growth?
