This morning I ran 3 1/2 miles. I didn't time it but I ran the last half hard. Today I did some 60/120s at the track for 7 rounds, 24 walking lunges, and 50 pushups. 60/120s is sprinting for 60 seconds then jogging or walking for 120 seconds.
