Thanks guys, appreciate the responses. Also want to ask another question. What is everyone's opinion on working out a body part once a week? Like chest/biceps one day and so on... I've only been working out consistently for aprox 4-5 months, and was wondering if this type of workout is geared toward...

Workout change-up
Hi everyone.
Been doing a 4-day split, push/pull workout for about a month and a half. Was just wondering if it would be a good idea to change up my workout to say a full body routine for a while, to shock my body?
Thanks,
Anthony

Time off...
Hi everyone.
Due to a snowboarding accident last Saturday, i've had to take almost a week off from lifting. Now I was wondering if this is a bad thing?
I've read in some articles that they say it is good to take a break every now and then, is this true?
Thanks!

Creatine on off days
Hi folks.
Have recently started taking creating on my workout days (30mins before workout and aprox 15-30mins post workout). Was just wondering what all of your thoughts are on taking it on my off days?
Any insight would be great!
Thanks
Anthony

Program help
Hi everyone.
I'm looking at developing a weight training routine for a female friend. She currently runs aprox 3 times a week, but would like to start using resistance training as well (she dosent want to bulk though).
What would be some good exercise's and reps to look at?
Thank you,
Anthony

Beginer's workout question
Hi everyone! New to the board here, and so far I'm loving it! Lots of useful information on here :) Anyways, I'm wanting to start weight lifting to gain some muscle mass. (I'm 5'10" aprox 155lbs) Now I'm going through the ExRx.net Workout Template to devise a workout routine for myself. I'm thinking...
