I'd agree with the other guys on ACSM. It's very highly regarded and will get you in any door. To obtain the HFI credential, you need a 4 year exercise science or related degree, but not for the CPT NSCA is also excellent. and they are a little more geared towards athletic performance as opposed to ...

I haven't tried it, but you can be sure that mono is safe. I would like to try Krey Alkayln too, but would like more confirmation on it's safety first.

Yes, there is a problem with the order. Never fatigue your arms before your torso is done. So on back day get all the rows and pullovers done before doing any curls. At that point you will notice your biceps are already mostly done and you won't need many sets. Same thing with chest and triceps. Fi...

It's possible but very very difficult. I know of someone who has done it with amazing results but its tough. If you post your diet and training we could take a look and try to help you out.

It sounds like functional training would be great for you as it concentrates a lot on movements similar to what we use in real life. It's also very effective at improving core strength which will increase your poundages on your other traditional exercises. I guess it would help if you could post you...

Wow Kevin, the NutriBase book is just about the Great Big Book of Everything. I think I am beginning to understand why I am not losing any weight. One of my favorite fast food meals has over 1500 calories. Thanks for the tip. I believe this book is going everywhere with me. Haha, thats awesome. Goo...

Just concentrate on your weak points and work on those. Continually switch up your routine (you can even create a different workout for each time that body part rolls around!) and always give it 100%. See how your body reacts to what you throw at it and go with what works best.

Also try lunges! They toast the glutes. You could also try stepping down from a box to the sides and alternating. (hold a plate or medicine ball for weight.)

One thing I did notice, on bodybuilding.net, is that I posted on two threads, and now they are gone, the whole threads. I have no idea why, one was just an introduction type of thing, the other was a thread on Starr's 5x5. If Trillian is still around, he's got "some splaining to do", otherwise I'm ...
