Hurt my arm

It's been awhile since I came on, and hate to say this, but I finally hurt my left arm. Everything was going well, i managed to drop my fat down to 12% and about 4 months into my mass gaining phase, i started to feel this pop (or something moving about) in my left upper elbow, right below the tripce...

Thank you all for your input. Now the question is, can someone name a few other good supplement company that makes similar product? I checked a couple, and I havn't found anything like surge. Because I've been relocated to Hong Kong for work and if I limit myself to just one brand name it'll probabl...

Post-workout meal

I discovered 'surge' from t-nation for postworkout and it's said to be one of the best supplement for deliverying creatine to your muscles. But I normally workout between 9pm-11pm, is it such a good idea to take in so much sugar carbs so late? I wouldn't mind bulking up more, but I don't want to be ...

Creatine works best when fully dissolved. Takes about 16 oz of liquid. As to water vs juic, well, that's up to you. The juice is useful when trying to set up an insulin delivery system. It's been my experience that it's relly not needed, but other's swear by it. As to scooping it in your mouth and ...

First, thank you for the article, I will definitely want to bulk lean very soon, but what I really want now is to be leaner. I'm on a low-insulin diet, but I have no idea what to eat for breakfast besides eggs now.

George so it's not possible to bulk lean?

Because I can pretty much see all my abs now, just a very small amount of fat now. I was thinking maybe I can bulk up a little more, because I've shrunk a bit after leaning out.

I am actually having the same pain, I ignored it for a little while and it got worse. So now I've stopped working out my upper body completely for a week and a half and the shoulder seems to be feeling a lot better now. I would lay off on the heavy lifting for sure.

Thank you tim for the article about the 7 habits, it was very good. After 4 weeks, I'm down 6lbs and a lot more defined. Now I've cut out all the fruits, milk and bread/rice (only getting my carb from veggies). I'm taking a multivitamin every morning. I didn't even do cardio! Now the problem is when...

I will limit my milk intake to breakfast and post work out because these are the times your body handles these types of carbs best.
So can we agree that it's okay to mix milk with shake post workout?

Tim: I was thinking should I just go back to plain water? From reading one of the post from Ironman, he said to lay off the fruits if you want to bulk lean, try to avoid sugar. My main concern is if the coconut juice worth the extra calories?

I think it's time to look at my diet

I've never been one to count how many calories of intake but I've always been trying to eat a variety of food and keep it as clean as I can. I always eat until I'm satisfied. My goals is to lean out so I can see them abs. If this means I have to count, then let it be. Height: 5'8 Weight: 163lbs Fat%...
