Does it do anything with strength and energy, or just fill you with water? I was under the assumption it would help me get stronger also, and fill me with energy, but I'm not sure I see it when I compare it to energy pills. Thanks for your opinions/experience!

Creatine Daily Usage vs. Workouts

Am I suppose to take creatine only before I perform my workouts, or also on days which I do not, such as weekends when I don't work out? Also, should I take it early in the morning to give my body more time to get water or keep taking it in the evening before my workouts?

Turns out I couldn't even run it because I need a paper signed by a physician first, so I had to reschedule LOL. It was horrible I was so pumped that morning and night, I couldn't sleep. I will let you know when I do run it though! Thanks for the help all!

Strength Shoe

Anyone have experience with these shoes? I bought a pair and have used them a bit, but along with the soreness in my calves came a soreness in my achilles and rear foot area. Is this normal or am I jumping too much?
