Is it ok to take gatorade to lose weight?

Is it ok to take gatorade which has 31- 35 grams of sugars to lose weight? I was going to take it pre workout with some whey protein or would water and whey protein be better and some kind of fruit?

i was wondering if changing exercises every week is a good thing so your body doesnt adapt to it. ie doing barbell bench press the first week and the next week u could do db bench press. one week dips the other week skull crushers

which is a better routine?

last month i was doing 3 sets of an exercise ie. dumbell bench press 90 lbs/3sets of 10reps today i change reps doing 100lbs/5sets of 5reps. 90lbs/3sets of 10 reps is 2700 lbs and 100lbs/5sets of 5 reps is 2500.

i started drinking green tea for metabolism boost how much tea do u need to drink? and fish oil how many r u suppose to take a day? i hear fish oil has vitiamin d so does milk but the vitamin d from milk is artifical i was told this from a co worker.
