muscle pain
I have been experiencing pain at certain body area that I worked on for three days since I do work out and since I change my diet to pro protein. So is it normal to have such pain that long?

well, I do take dairy products and eggs, but I don't track my calories. As what I understand, there is no malnutrition simptoms (thank god) and the eggs and the milk is something I add in this year. Act, it's kind of funny because I'm following his "Weight Loss Plan" which I follow all his advice but not on the meal routine. About the intake of meal. I always feel hungry after exercise. Clucking joints
I have been experiencing clucking joints whenever I am doing exercise, mainly on the deltoids during dumbell lateral raising, and on the lumbar bones during lifting my thighs on flat mat. Is this a normal condition as it keeps on clucking as I do not feel any particular pain or injury during my work...
