Sounds good to me. No need for fiddley devices.

I don't think I will bother buying body fat scales or skin calipers.

I'm a skinny prick anyway, so I don't need to monitor my fat.

Measure Muscle Gain??

Ok, so there doesn't seem to be much confidence in body fat scales, which may also include muscle mass calculations. Sounds like the scales vary alot depending on factors such as hydration.

So how do you guys go about measuring your muscle gained?

Maybe you have some tips for a newbie like me.

Body Fat Scales

Hey Everyone, I've been doing some research on brands of Body Fat Scales. The best brand I can see is Tanita Innerscan. But they are pretty expensive. I'm considering going all out and paying the couple of hundred dollars to get one. Or does anyone know of a cheaper brand worth considering? Cheers, ...

Straight Leg Deadlift - Pain

Squat with Barbell technique

Hey Guys, I have been doing the 45 deg Leg Press for a while and am moving onto the Barbell Squat which I believe will give an all round better workout for my legs. Problem is my shoulder muscles aren't that big and my body fat is on the low side. Result is there isn't much cushioning my neck when t...

Scribbles

Thanks for the info!

I thought there might be a strength level I should reach before switching to Plyometrics.

Well I guess I better stick with body building.
I weight 187 lbs and I can squat about 132 lbs and bench press about 132 lbs.

Looks like I got alot of work ahead of me!!

Plyometrics & Upper Body Weight Training

Hey guys, I am a basketballer and my aims are two fold: I want a stronger upper body so I can look big and push up against my opponent and I want strong leg muscles that can get me in the arm. I have been thinking of using Plyometrics to work out my legs. And follow a normal weight training program ...

I hate the fact my leg arm and leg is naturally weaker because I am right handed.

I always try to individually work arm and leg as well as combined exercises.
