Full Squats
Why is it so few people actually do full squats? I see plenty of people at the gym doing quarter squats and some half squats but very rarely do I see full squats. I do realize that full squats require more flexibility and it's not as easy to use heavy weight but what happened to full range of motion...

I think it it really depends on what you are doing. Remember Volume, frequency and intensity all play a part in any work out program. If you are lifting to failure, how close you are coming to your 1 RM, how many different sets of exercises for a body part, etc. are all things that need to be factor...
