KPj: Thanks for the great reply. The links were a good read! I'll take your advice and alternate between cable row and one arm DB rows.

Last question for now. Do you guys think I should do the Barbell military press, or should I settle for seated DB shoulder press?

I'll probably end deadlifting 1,5 times a week on average, since I usually go to the gym 5 times in two weeks :-) I'm not very advanced, but if the deadlifts get too heavy, I'll try the one workset thingy like you suggested. Ahh, I misunderstood what RDL was. I´m in fact doing this in the routine I have now :-)

I´ll have a go at the front squats as well, and I´m gonna have to think a bit to put together a sensible "wednesday-program".

A couple of questions. What is the difference between Front and Back Squat. Do they target the muscles in different ways? I always do back squats. I´ve decided to start working out with weights 3 times a week instead of 2. I´m still the same person I was when I started this thread and I have the same goals. Any opinions on what type of routine I should go for? Full body, 2-split, 3-split?
