so you only eat 40 to 60 grams of carbs per day. Have I understood you correctly? Or do you mean per meal. And are we still refering to a carb cyling diet here?

When cycling carbs, must I deduct 3500cal from my weekly calorie intake in order to loose weight? Or do I not need to do this cause of the nature of the diet?

Rest time between sets?

When doing Chin ups or bench presses(inc or flat) I can never do two equal sets. If I am doing a higher rep set, perhaps 12 reps, I can only do 9 reps on my next set. Daily High Rep Exercise

I read an article the other month on Bodybuilding.com that really confused me. It was called something like "Get super strong" Basically it was saying you need to be doing 300 Bodyweight squats, 300 pushups, and the like, daily. I thought to myself how can you get stronger without any rest.

Why exercise?

If i'm wanting to shed a few pounds why do I need to exercise? Why can't I simply just consume lesss calories. I know it's a simply question, but I just cant see why.
