Re: versus every other?

I'm not a swimmer but it stands to reason that the longer the interval between breaths, the more time can be spent on work, so therefore, higher efficiencies and faster times. If you're not competing, don't worry about it. If you are, talk to your coach.

Re: Hi guys, i have a question, please help me

I'm getting tired of these posts all with similar titles. I assume that you are all the same person and are just trolling to waste peoples time. I'm going to start deleting them.

Re: admins listening?

I've asked one of the moderators with tech experience to tale a look at the problem. I have 196 notifications in my inbox. If he can deal with it they way I think he can, the problem should go away for a while. These people are relentless.

Re: Need help

Try increasing the amount of protein. Not only does that help build muscle but it controls your appetite. Substituting one meal a day with protein shake is an easy way to lose fat.

Re: Make a habit for beginners?

Starting out is always an issue. You have to phase in your exercise. Try doing light, short, full body workouts every day for about 2 weeks, gradually increasing the intensity and duration. That will allow your body to get used to the effort and you'll improve your recovery. After that, spread out y...

Perhaps the administrators can help you. They manage the nuts and bolts of the site. They don't always read every post so sending a PM is more likely to get there attention.

Re: 2.5kg uneven barbell on deadlift and OH presses?

I made my own micro weights with chain from the hardware store. For dumbbells, magnets are popular. (brand name Platemates) You can use anything as long as you know what it weighs.

Tim, There is a spot on the main site for feedback. Scroll to the bottom of the homepage and you'll see it there. Sometimes the site people will read the forum but you can't count on it. They always read the feedback. The feedback page will direct you to an e-mail address. [email protected].net The OL p...

Re: middle ager moving from machines to free weights

Those 6 movements are the basis for many great programs. I would add in a carry, like farmers walks to tie everything together. The main site has this page to kelp you program it. https://exrx.net/Lists/WorkoutMenu There are many ways to split this up. Staring out I would suggest doing 1 push, 1 pul...

If you want to start a thread in the lounge, I'll allow it. That's the place for off topic stuff like this.
