Cheers for the feedback guys. I do have enough time as I work in a gym on a minesite. I just wanted to know what 'ad lib' means

It does sound like its At own liberty, which is like 3 sets of warming up to the weight the program wants you to lift

I can relate to this sort of injury.
Mine is caused through baseball, as i am a pitcher. During the season, and after throwing alot of innings/pitches, i cant do bicep curls due to the pain on the inside of my elbow, and its starts to effect my throwing too.

MSU Olympic Weight Lifting Program

Hey All
I'm a trainer from Australia.
In the MSU Olympic Weight training program, for Sets 1 - 3 underneath it says 'Ab Lib'

What does that mean? It might be a term we dont use in Australia?? I'm willing to give it a go and try the program out.
