Without this fat you will burn your own fat, and if you don't have enough body fat, you will be in trouble. This kind of leaning out is called Rabbit Starvation. Most of the civilized world is dramatically overweight - an almost purely protein diet would probably do them no harm for weeks or months...

Do you count squares of 100% cacao as dessert? Ghirardelli's is pretty good. :)

Dodgeball was like the highlight of the week whenever we did it. Mostly PE was just super-boring, like an hour of moderately paced constant jogging. We did a few weight classes, but sadly weren't taught how to do anything correctly, and never took notes to show progress.

Sure, but the FDA found no problems with cigarettes and bread for decades... with anything new (and yes bread is new :) ), caution is warranted. Don't want to turn into Europe though where innovation is impossible - there's a nice middle ground.

Would you still recommend a deload, even if someone (ie, me) was still gaining ~2 reps per set every series in the gym without a deload?

If X is a person, then X should legally be a person, and if X is not legally a person in precinct Y, then there's a legal aberration waiting to be rectified in precinct Y. Again you're sidetracking into uninteresting axioms. How about you let him answer though whether that's what he meant by "It's r...

Let me start with the second question. No age isn't the point. Birth just takes the mother out of the equation. What makes the child a person is brain development. When they have the capability of some sort of self awareness. Development of a CNS and ability to feel pain should be a factor as well....

I clearly stated " If you include interest then everything else goes down by the same factor." Social programs are the largest budgetary item. Not including interest it's over 50%, including interest it's possibly less than 50% - maybe. They don't break down other social programs to know exactly wha...

Well, you can't really equate the minor impact of breeding of traits to the sorts of things GMO allows. That doesn't mean it's evil, but if you suddenly have an organism potentially creating proteins or chemicals that have never existed in nature in the history of man, it requires some caution be ta...

Actually, "the unborn clearly are not legal persons" is not completely true. The unborn do have some legal standing with regards to battery/murder in the US. You're continuously missing the point though by getting sidetracked. Personhood is derived from our inherent humanity, not from laws. Laws can...

Seems like lately most wrestler-oriented MMA spends the entire stand-up portion of the match in a crouched stance. Look at Lesner/Corwin, they practically spent the whole standing match squatting.
