Religulous?

LOL...since we're on the topic of politics lately...anyone see this documentary? I've always like Bill Maher- and this movie was freaking hilarious. Seeing as how I'm an agnostic- its like he's speaking to me directly the whole film, cause I know exactly what he is talking about!

Do you honestly think that all McCain supporters are racist, ignorant hillbillys? No...but I do believe there is more than I would have thought say, 5 years ago. But let me say this- I worked at a hotel which was owned by Indians (from India- not native americans) and they were lumped in as middle ...

I don't think there's anything wrong with accepting help from time to time. It's only natural for humans to rely on others for things...I know I stirred some controversy with my socialism comment...but no matter how self-reliant we try to be, we need others in our lives. And for some people, its the...

Maybe we need to try socialism. Don't most of the european countries who are more socialist have a better standard of living than most americans? And free healthcare? Oh...and what was really screwed up is right after the bailout, AIG execs went and spent around $400,000 at some hotel over a weekend...

When I went to the gym...it only had one squat rack, but since I don't squat I just did deadlifts with it. But sometimes it was being used (whether it was appropiate exercises or not). So I'd just go and do my other leg exercises and come back to the deadlifts later. I'd hit up my lunges, and if the...

Re: Most overlooked good foods?

Sometimes I think people miss out on foods because they often forget about them. I was just going to list one...but I decided to break it down what I think is one per food group, and see what you all think...and give suggestions that I might not otherwise thought of- Bread/Grain group- oatmeal. And...

I am 6 ft and me at 180 lbs still has a little bit of fat on the belly...so if ur going for a lean look, you'll probably have to go eve...

The pictures match up with the way your describe your diet and exercise. Without more muscle you can't get very lean without looking anorexic. But as it is you could stand to loose a few pounds. You maybe put on a little weight the last year, but not much. Yea...I think I'd rather loose the fat fir...

Haha...those pics I showed you all were from a couple of weeks ago. I'm not saying I'm completely lean...but have dropped a couple of pounds. Oh yea, I'm not advocating this diet to anyone, but part of the problem is my job. I work security and can't bring in food like fresh meat or something cause ...

Would Incline Bench and dips or regular bench and dips be better? All three might be pushing it...considering it already takes me like 50 mins on my upper body workout...

It looks like you could lose a good 15-20 lbs. Thank you...I get sick of some friends who think I'm trying to be anorexic, when I really just want to shed the excess flab I have. I wasn't really asking for a judge on whether I gained weight, just if I looked like I could lose some. But since you as...

Hmm...I find it odd that in your statements that you don't care about exercising your back, but then you've included back in your workouts. Which is it? Well, its good you've included it even if you don't want to. My advice- don't worry so much about the mirror muscles and try to "Smash" them, just ...
