weird question regarding pain in my hand...

Ok...so this has sort of been an ongoing problem for a little while, and lately its been getting worse. About 5 years ago I started to notice pain in what I first thought was my wrist. It was so hard to describe to anyone that I just assumed it was wrist pain that was aggravated by doing certain act...

Hmm...so would it be possible to increase both muscular endurance and size at the same time? Sure...some might get worked both ways...but let's say you do a normal workout at around 3-4pm and then a couple hours later decide to do an "endurance" workout focusing more on the amount of reps as opposed...

three questions...

Everyone always seems to stress 8-12 reps for muscle buildup. So why is it when the guys of 300 got into ripped shape, they didn't anything close to resembling that? Look at http://www.webmd.com/fitness-exercise/features/the-300-workout-can-you-handle-it ...and the lowest amount of reps they did was...

Heh, the only reason I am asking is cause I was at burger king and mixed sprite and hi-c together. I am trying to kick the caffeine habit and haven't drank any for 3 days...but was a little worried when I mixed in the Hi-c. Doesn't seem to be affecting me though.

does Hi C have caffeine?

I'm not sure...and can't seem to find the answer on the internet. Also, if anyone knows any "hidden" drinks that you might not think have caffeine, if you could let me know!

I went to the gym yesterday after work for the little bit of time I am remaining on first shift...so about 6...and I gotta say it was about 70% hot women there...so it was sort of nice :D. LOL...and women seem to respond better to guys who are semi-buff but also partake in some cardio rather than be...

loebner-absolutely tyler-who said anything about cooking it and then salting it? Daniel and Ironmaiden were discussing salted meats and hypertension, the gist was how it evolved, why it was salted, and how they dealt with it. What I think is silly, is someone that doesn't fully read something and m...

The difference between..

Interval training, HIIT, and SIT. After reading through what they are, it is kind of is technical jargon and was wondering if someone could put it in layman's terms.

Gentlemen, a little history here. Before refrigeration, there was salt. Great preservative because it kills bacteria. (Ham, sausage, speck, salt cod) Nartures refrigertor/freezer. That said, with these old fashion cures, you have to know how to prepare it. Fish is soaked for a day or two, most of t...

My workout schedule...strange and need advice

Ok so I am working a job from 12:30-9:30 in a couple of weeks...and I have some goals which are going to prevent as much time to work out as I used to have. First off, I'd like to improve my cardio significantly (I guess that's my main goal...a good combo of intensier cardio/borderline HIIT). So tha...

I personally am a liberal...but believe it or not, I like Mike Huckabee. His Christian Views vary ALOT more than mine...but he doesn't seem to let his christian views determine EVERYTHING, just some of his stances. I think he could work well for the economy and whatnot with what he has done for Arka...

Matt Z-

Do you have any of the dogs u mentioned? I do realize I was wanting recommendations and didn't mean to dismiss your post. Part of me is hoping someone has the breeds I mentioned- and might clue me in. But...if outstanding reviews come from other breeds, I am not completely set.

I love all the breeds you mentioned...but due to prejudice by the ignorant, most view those breeds as dangerous or aggressive (although it is entirely up to how the dog is treated). But I am a big fan of the "collie" type dogs, and the only real other interest would be a dalmation. Oh yea...and I li...

Good athletic dog breeds

I am thinking of getting an activity partner (dog wise...lol). I am focused on an australian cattle dog or border collie...so some jogging/sprinting exercises...anyone got any recommendations?
