Resting Pulse Rate of 46

I've been measuring my early measuring pulse rate for last three months and generally it ranges from 48 to 54.
Today morning it was 46??

I just want to check if my heart is doing OK??(have been working out for last five years now).

Probiotics

I took this probiotics supplement for a weeks time and I was feeling great . it majorly has

Lactobacillus acidophilus

my question is how long can I take to this without any side effects ? Is it safe to take them for longer periods? like in case of fish oil, whey protein etc etc..

Thanks

Earlier 5 LB pack used to cost around $44 whereas it’s now costing $80 which is almost double the price the US (Optimum nutrition). Such a price rise is beyond...

though I agree with jungledoc, but in order to add mass on lower portion, you may want to squat and do more good mornings with heavier weights , supported by good diet. This will keep mass addition majorly to lower protion.
