yes i am measuring at home and doing it very carefully. The actual thing is that i feel the BP is low. I take three measurments in morning and three in the evening to get the average out.
Also I will now try to improve on my cholestrol numbers over next three months. Thanks for all the help.

kidney, cholestrol, sodium,potassium,glucose are normal. HDL cholestrol is 33 which is less than normail while triglycerides were slightly high (188).

I did yoga for two days and BP is 116/80 now. Seems I need to continue this for sometime along with my weight training.

Hi Doc, I respect the doctors I visited , but I needed a exact cause of the problems. The doctors I visited could diagnose the problem and they adviced the medicine. I could not tell why its happening , I needed to know where i am worng. Just by consuming the medicine will perhaps be only half solut...

Whey and Casein Protein consumption

I have recently added caesin protein to my supplement list. Please tell what should be ideal consumption ratio (i.e. whey and caesin), If I am on a 220 gm protein diet.
I wish to take around four to five scoops of supplement (one scoop is 24gms) and get remaining protein from my foods.
