Hi,Johnny You might be doing more simple and more effective training than. I think it is good choise to do Upper/Lower spilt routine,but as i said before you dont need to do too much exercises. About bench press is too much!you should do at least bench press or incline bench press.Normal just doing ...

But i dont understand two things.what does wide-grip shortens mean?
you mean that doing Wide grip military press more effective and
more safety than military press??

Another problems is that as i said before,doing wide grip press
my triceps development is changed??

May be it is ture that there is diffrences between Wide grip military press
and narrow military press[Normal military press]
Is it true that doing Normal military press hits more triceps than Wide grip Press?
And doing wide press hits more deltoids than normal press?

I mean one of my friend is a scaffolding builder, and his back and arms
are so amazing.

If your brother works heavy labor then probably it makes brother`s body

I dont think that All of the isolations biceps work is wasting time.
example, heaviy barbell curl like 3setsx5reps is great option.
Even MMA fighter have done the barbell curl in 4x5reps and even Bruce lee he did 4x6 reps.

I'd squat.
I know that the Squat will trigger the release of testosterone & growth hormone in your body.But it cant hit to the biceps.

Muscle Slow training is designed for BodyBuilding,i think this method of training is for size or hypertrophy.

And so it isnt for speed training.you will just decline your speed ability.
