Strength Training for isolation move

We all know that strength training is designed by compound exersices and not so much in isolation exercises.[like barbell curl,lateral raise,lying triceps extention..etc] now iam starting to do some quetions that if i do lateral raise in 3x3, 5x5 or 8x3 and barbell curl 3x3 5x5 3x8...is it good idea...

I disagree about supinating the grip. IMO that puts undo stress on the biceps and could cause an injury. About Barbell Hack Squat

I have a simple question about BB hack squat..I want to put some legs exercise for growing strength level on condition that safety and effective.
I only want to know that, it is possible to grow my strength level on legs
only doing BB hack squat and power clean??
