I do it with water all the time, it disgusting and nauseating at times but you got to get your protein.

Where did you live around here? I live in wheatfield. Ha, I wouldn't blame you for not wanting to go to a school in this area...most poor city in the US right here. Real attitude booster...

O but you got to remember stu there is nuts in a snickers bars. and you got to remember the antioxidants in the chocolate...

But in all seriousness I'd say plan for a quick 300-400 calorie meal and if you use nuts that will add up very quickly. Or try a meal replacement bar ex: myoplex.

Don't be going crazy with the milk drinking. If I'm not wrong, can't it cause you to become sensitive or lactose intolerant to it if you drink it to much?

Try to add more protein to the diet, what is recommended by most is 1g per # of LEAN body weight. Try splitting up into smaller portions and more meals through out the day. Try to have 5-6 meals instead of the old breakfast lunch dinner. For one of those meals supplement in some whey protein. Try yo...

If anything I'd lower the amount of reps you are doing and up the weight to put a sort of a 'shock' on your body.

If your gonna do 120 dips or even any exercise you might as well run on a treadmill since thats pretty much a cardio exercise. So I just don't see the benefits of crossfit other than that you can say I did 120 reps in a row or w/e.

olympic plates typically are more expensive but the equiptment it nicer more durable and has more possibilities in terms of accessories and uses.

I just thought about it accually...in my school they have some weird plates like that to. Typically though they are 2.5, 5, 10, 25, 35, 45, and the mighty 100 lbs
