I think it would be good for doctors to look at the charts but as well observe the appearance of people. Give you an idea 5' 8" 192 lbs @ 12...

Touch your chest when you bench press. Going down those extra couple inches won't harm you unless you already have shoulder problems which if you did I wouldn't suggest benching or at least going super heavy with it.

Of course there won't be carbs in pure alcohol... In beer there is though which is what I was referring to. http://www.realbeer.com/edu/health/calories.php Wine will be ok if you have a glass and 1 or 2 shots of liquor would be fine. Kidney Damage: In that study all the people were given a very mode...

There was just a study showing moderate drinkers have better health then non. light or heavy drinkers. Plenty of fit people drink. If your overweight and want to lose weight, are you going to drink alcohol as apart of your diet? I sure as hell wouldn't want the extra sugar or carbs in it? I know th...

What your saying is that skim milk is bad for you since fat is removed from it to make it fat free. Now it is...

Some of those tips are meant for bodybuilders not just your average person. Low carb diets can be bad for you, thats why the atkins diet is not recommended by doctors. You lose the weight then it comes back on again after you lose it which messes up your metabolism. If you want to still have an acti...
