not even close. Lactobacillus is bacteria cultures that you are basically replenishing in your digestive tract. Supposedly they are suppose to also aid with the digestion of lactose.

Lactase is the sole enzyme that allows for the digestion of lactose.

I would suggest you try to return it. You might not be able to if you don't have receipt since it is discontinued and they may think you are full of it. If you do have the ability and don't have recipt they will probably do an exchange and your return on that item won't be high either.

Don't buy nitrotech either. Buy ON gold standard. There is no vitamin/ vitamin pack on the planet that has more calcium than that one (2g). Personally I don't see a problem with combining hydroxycut with NO shotgun. If you have a higher tolderance to caffeine then go for it.


Why did you decide to now go with green tea extract? Are looking for benefits from egcg and caffeine?
