improper form

On the days im in the gym training it amazes me the improper form that people use when completing an exercise.Doing half reps on pull-ups,squating down only 2-thirds of the way on squats,having a curved back on pulldowns,and not keeping the shoulders retracted an chest elevated on chest presses.thes...

Upper chest development

Im an ectormorph looking to build muscle mass in the upper pectoral region.the incline db and barbell press along with the incline fly are exercises that i am doing but i dont see any significant changes.I always feel the movement along the middle of the chest.
