hercules you think i should just change me squat workout to that and then lower the weight? cause im parallel sqauting... my heaviest set to date was like 475 six times. I know if i went down that far I'd just fold. What level of football to you coach for?

good stuff stu i assumed running that way was better good thing i was right. You can also sprint that way right? I also heard another myth that if you run flat footed while running its bad. I prefer to run on my toes trying to work my calves more. Opinions on both?

great thats good i really need to focus on over head press also lateral and front delt since i never work em. That makes sense to have the bar like shoulder height since thats what youd be pressing from. Id like to do clean and press. I think i might try that today. Seems like there is never enough ...

Awesome just a myth that is great. I was thinking cause my knees pop my ankles my knuckles practically everything that can pop does and i was thinking i was going to be a statue of arthitis by like 40. Very reassuring.

tim when i was in the army i ran a 11:42 two minute mile my best time. i did 82 pushups in two minutes and an amazing 64 situps in two minutes haha i ran on concrete back then and it never bothered me. I think i just want to preserve myself long term cause i feel i already will have a bad hip possib...
