haha good question sick boy. I was really into buying a pair of those platform shoes to supposedly "add nine inches to my vertical" I then ask around here all it would so would add undo stress to my calves and actually improve the chance of injury. the get big quick thing may work for beginers but obviously hard work is involved even people that take steroids don't just sit there and get big. Hard work is key to all workouts. If you take all the supplements in the world and just sit there then you'll get fat. haha [/quote]

wow a thread i like! this and my journal when i get back to lifting looks awesome. bench press 305 lbs one rep with lift off since that doesnt count as part of a rep squat 475 6x afraid to do one rep max i do 50 lb d bells alternating d bell curls 10 Reps for bis but i have never done max kinda thin...

I used to use a pad. It helps make the pain of having the bar there when you have a skinny back and or shoulders area not hurt so much.
