Today will be the actual start of my workout journal. Due to death in the family i havent been able to lift in the past four days but I'll get right back up on that horse. I'll post todays lift tomorrow. I'm going to cram a couple of body parts into one day see how i feel tomorrow!! haha

hmm i used to eat a tripple whopper with cheese and bacon with a medium fry and a drink after a workout. I gained 25 lbs that month and spent a crap load of money. I lifted my butt off but ate it off too. im not sure whats what i just do what tim does and get something down my neck hey it works lol

I'd really love to dead lift i have never done it but i fear the workout hahaha im going to have to try it next tuesday. I make sure i do legs after my football games. I have noticed while lifting you can "shape" your chest vaguely. lol For instance when i was a kid i used to do wide grip bench press and then my chest became almost concave. I then was a moron and then brought my hands really close there for mainly working my triceps. there has to be a happy medium...
